The World Dancing League (WDL) is an innovative project with a unique format that redefines the world of DanceSport. Bringing together the elite of dance, the WDL transforms traditional dance competitions into a thrilling televised sports event. This exclusive competition is dedicated to the top 16 couples from the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) global ranking, showcasing the best talent in both Standard and Latin American dance.
The WDL’s debut received widespread acclaim, with the first edition broadcast on Eurosport across 47 nations, garnering exceptional feedback from viewers. Building on this success, the event was also broadcast live on SKY SPORT, solidifying its place as a major event in the global DanceSport calendar.
